Liza Homes received Certificate of Recognition for energy conservation

The Durham Region homebuilder is completing 50 energy-efficient, ENERGY STAR qualified homes, which will reduce energy consumption by 30%, compared to homes built to minimum Ontario Building Code requirements, and altogether offset approximately 150 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions each year.
