Liza Homes received Certificate of Recognition for energy conservation

Liza Homes was recognized on June 27, 2007 by the Conservation Bureau for their energy conservation efforts.
The Durham Region homebuilder is completing 50 energy-efficient, ENERGY STAR qualified homes, which will reduce energy consumption by 30%, compared to homes built to minimum Ontario Building Code requirements, and altogether offset approximately 150 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions each year.
